Our Team

Training: Worked and trained with renowned German Horseman, Stefan Wolff for 3 years. Participated with renowned clinicians; Nelson Pessoa, Holger Bechtloff and Brad Cutshall. Worked at a breeding farm as the head trainer with a focus on starting horses and training young horses and taking them to the top levels of jumping & dressage.


Education: Marcela holds a double masters degree in both Physical Education and Horse Management from Universities in Brazil. She specializes in combining physiology & exercise for both horse and rider to optimize their overall fitness and correct movement

Christina is also a certified Instructor of the British Horse Society and the Certified Horseman's Association. She continues her riding and in-hand education with the help of several clinicians, including international trainers Manolo and Jose Mendez, and Alfredo Hernandez.

Christina Christensen has ridden, trained, and shown in the United States, Belgium, and England. She has competed at FEI levels in both Show Jumpers and Dressage and continues to welcome clients from both disciplines.


  • As an apprentice, she has worked for some of the top riders and trainers in the world, including David Pincus of the Spanish Riding School, and Ludo Phillippaerts of Belgium's Olympic show jumping team.

  • As a rider, she has given her horses the correct foundation needed to reach their peak potential, using both her riding and in-hand knowledge to help them excel. Her experience spans across all levels of a horses' development: either in their early stages of training, all the way up to seasoned Grand Prix competitors!

  • As a trainer, she has worked with countless clients to improve their riding and enhance communication with their horses, helping them develop at home, compete nationally, or obtain their USDF medals.

Marcela has been riding and competing for over 25 years in jumping, dressage, eventing and working equitation. Her accomplishments include winning many National Championships, in her home country of Brazil. She was an alternate on the Brazilian Olympic team for Modern Pentathlon. In 2017, she moved to the US to continue advancing her riding career.


Skilled and educated at natural horsemanship, Marcela has started and trained young horses, taking them to the top levels of jumping & dressage.
